Your inbox
The red indicator on Mail means there is an unread letter. Opening the inbox does not mark every letter read; opening a letter does. Market purchases and returns are collected in Trading Center → Collect.
Official messages
Only server-verified moderators can compose official in-game mail. Some moderation actions generate a notice. A report acknowledgement means a moderator has reviewed the report; it does not disclose another player’s penalty.
