Reading letters

The Mail indicator shows unread letters. Opening the inbox does not mark every letter read; open an individual letter to read it. Letters may contain official notices, purchase confirmations or rewards.

New unread mail shows a Harbour Mail notice. Successful moderator sends refresh connected recipients on that world immediately. A ten-second background check, reconnect and window-focus refresh also update the indicator.

Claiming rewards

A letter can contain up to 5 item or title rewards. Claim all delivers the whole reward transaction once. Items use the hold first, then available bank capacity. If the complete reward cannot fit, no part of it is claimed.

You must be alive and finish any player trade before claiming. You do not need to visit the bank for a reward to use available bank space.

A title reward unlocks the title; change your active title at a safe harbour. A previously claimed letter cannot pay again.

Expiry and deletion

Ordinary letters expire three days after creation, including unclaimed ordinary rewards. Read their displayed deadline and claim in time. Delete all removes ordinary letters after confirmation. Paid Collector reward letters are protected while unclaimed: they do not expire or disappear through Delete all. Once claimed, the ordinary letter rules apply.

Trading Center proceeds are held under Collect and are separate from official Mail. Deleting a letter is not a way to collect an offer.

An official letter can carry a pet, a Legendary Pet Egg or a stack of Teleport Charges. Open the letter and claim the attachment before it expires.

Connect Discord

Type /connect in the official Discord. It sends you a private one-time code. In game, type /redeem followed by your code before it expires.

Open the thank-you letter and choose Claim all to receive one Common Treasure Chest and the blue in-game title The Discordian. Previously connected sailors receive any missing reward.
