Reports and fair play

Submit a report

Open chat and use the Report control. Select the category, give a clear subject and explain what happened. Include the affected player name where relevant. Subjects require at least three characters; the description requires at least ten.

You can submit one report every 30 minutes. The game shows when another can be sent. Never include account passwords, private linking codes or payment details.

After review

A moderator may acknowledge the report with an official Mail message. An acknowledgement confirms review; it does not reveal another player’s private moderation outcome.

Maintenance notices

Scheduled closure notices include an estimated return time in Europe/Amsterdam. A controlled maintenance closure saves sailors and disconnects them without applying an ordinary combat-logout penalty. Follow the notice and reconnect after the server reopens.
