Fishing records
Hiscores compares total fishing weight and the heaviest catch of each species, across weekly, monthly and all-time periods.
Viewing Fish weight Hiscores
Open Hiscores and choose Fish weight. Select All fish for total caught weight, or a species for each sailor’s heaviest individual catch. These boards cover all worlds.
The public boards use calendar periods in Europe/Berlin time. Weeks begin Monday and months begin on the first day. Each board contains up to 50 sailors, with five shown per page.
Totals, species records and ties
All fish sums the weights of all qualifying catches in the selected period and displays the catch count. Species boards instead retain each sailor’s single heaviest catch for that species.
For equal species-record weights, the earlier catch wins. Total-weight ties are resolved consistently. No inventory sale or transfer turns one catch into another recorded catch.
Personal best notices
A catch can also announce a personal all-time or monthly best. The private monthly catch notification uses UTC month boundaries, so it can differ from the Europe/Berlin public month at the boundary.
Selling, transferring or losing a fish does not remove the catch from the logbook. Hawkeye records both fish in a successful double catch. A Message Bottle replacement creates no fish-weight record.
