Artifact Scrolls
Nine scroll tiers support four rarities, equipment upgrades and twenty-to-one combining.
All scroll tiers
Rare, Epic and Legendary scrolls upgrade equipment to their own rarity within the matching tier. Common scrolls advance Legendary equipment from the previous tier. Scrolls are not the construction Artifact used for warship hulls.

Combining and progression
The Shipwright combines 20 identical, intact, unpacked scrolls into one next scroll for no Coins. Progress Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary → Common of the next tier. There is no Uncommon rarity. Legendary T9 cannot advance.
