Crews

Membership and identity

Open Crew from the navigation bar once eligible. A Crew can be open, application-only or closed. Its leader manages roles and permissions, with a custom name, tag and sail identity.

A Crew is separate from a temporary combat party and from hired ship crew. Membership does not bypass PvP combat restrictions.

Reserved staff tags, including MOD, cannot be selected through normal Crew creation. An official staff Crew may be provisioned by the operator. Crew membership itself does not grant game moderation or administrator permissions.

At sea, member nameplates display the Crew sail, [TAG], sailor name and selected title. Your own Crew tags appear teal; tags from other Crews remain neutral.

Selected titles are plain text after the sailor name, without braces. Square brackets are used only around the Crew tag.

Crew quests

Two daily quests and one weekly quest rotate for the Crew. Progress through the listed kill, offering or fishing objectives, then claim eligible rewards. Earned rewards remain claimable after their rotation ends.

Treasury

Deposit cargo Coins in the shared treasury. Withdrawals require the appropriate Crew permission. The ledger records amounts and reasons.

Glassed Favor

Crew rewards can include Glassed Favor. Choose a skill when consuming it: Common grants 5%, Rare 8%, Epic 10% and Legendary 15% of that skill’s current total XP, rounded down. Premium and other XP multipliers do not increase the award.
