Active benefits

An account starts with one character slot. Active Premium permits creating up to four characters in total. The character menu shows a lock on unavailable empty slots. Diamonds use one balance across characters. Coins, skills, cargo, bank contents, ships, equipment, quests and other character progress stay with the character that earned them.

Premium adds 100 bank slots, raises item sell offers from four to eight, and allows Diamond sell offers on the Gold Market at 5% tax. It unlocks The Generous title.

Eligible Harbour Merchant purchases and Captain/Crew purchases cost 90% of the base price, rounded up. Equipment recycling Coin rewards receive a 10% bonus, rounded down. Fixed equipment tier-hop fees and Captain restoration are separate charges.

Premium permits auto-travel to eligible service markers on the world chart. Fishing spots are excluded; normal navigation and combat restrictions still apply.

Regional portals cost 2,250 cargo Coins with Premium. The friend limit rises from 30 to 50, and idle HP recovery increases by 50%. New player Crews require Premium, Combat level 50 and 200 Diamonds. A subtle border marks your name at sea and a star appears beside your name in chat.

Purchasing membership

Open Premium inside the Store to purchase membership with your shared Diamond balance. The Store has Skins, Paints, Premium, Misc, Collector and Diamonds tabs. Permanent Bank expansions are in Misc beside Name Change. Europa is the only public world.

Choose Diamonds in the Store and confirm your pack in the Steam overlay. The first completed Diamond-pack purchase on an account grants 50% extra. The bonus applies once across every character and pack size. Previous successful packs count. Collector Edition is a separate purchase. The displayed balance is shared across the account.

Membership expiry

Temporary bank capacity and the larger allowance end with membership. Existing stored goods are retained. Existing extra item offers remain open, but creating another requires space under the current allowance. Permanent bank expansions stay permanent.

Existing characters remain selectable after Premium expires. Creating another character requires active Premium whenever the account already has one character; the four-character total is never exceeded.

Collector Edition

Collector Edition costs €39.99 and is available once per account. It includes 1,200 Diamonds, the Collector Boat skin, Ghost Gold Paint, bank-expansion items totalling 150 slots and the cosmetic Collector title.

Select the character that should receive the rewards before purchasing. After confirmed delivery, Diamonds join the shared account balance and the Collector title unlocks directly for that character. Re-enter the world to refresh the title in the journal. Four physical rewards arrive through Harbour Mail: the Collector Boat skin, Ghost Gold Paint, and the +50 and +100 bank-expansion items. Paid unclaimed rewards remain available until claimed; enough space in the hold or bank is still needed to claim the complete attachment.

If checkout is interrupted, return to the Store to recover the pending purchase. Wait for its final state before starting another purchase. Cancelling in Steam does not grant the bundle.

Monthly login calendar

Open the calendar at the top of the screen. Each consecutive UTC login day unlocks another tier. Missing a day resets your streak. Unlocked rewards can be claimed on any character on the account until the end of the month. Make cargo space on the receiving character. The calendar starts again each UTC month.

Use a Premium Scroll from cargo to extend existing account time or start a new membership. Each milestone is tracked separately. These bound scrolls can be banked and are kept on death.

Claim each tier once per account per month. Its Claim button disappears across your characters after collection. The calendar alert clears when you have collected every available reward.
